While Kentucky gets themselves prepared for tonight's opening tip, I can't help but get a little excited of the hopes of a very good season for the Big Blue despite losing Sparks and Rondo from last year which got me thinking momentarily about their Elite Eight Run two years ago when the season ended with a heartbreaking overtime loss to Michigan St.

I already miss the Magician, and Patrick Sparks will always have a place in my heart for that Elite Eight game in what I view might very well be the best Kentucky hoops moment since 98.
