One Of The Best Shootouts Of The Season

Mark Schlabach of ESPN pens a piece about the 2007 most intriguing matchups which includes Kentucky vs Louisville on Sept. 15 and even shows a little Kentucky love at the end.

“They might want to add a triple-digit scoreboard at Commonwealth Stadium. Quarterbacks Brian Brohm and Andre Woodson are capable of producing one of the best shootouts of the season. And, yes, the Wildcats are capable of winning the game.”

The list includes 23 other matchups. I agree that UK-L'ville is a matchup that will be highly contested with emotions running on all four cylinders. This will be the best UK team in past four years and Kentucky's seniors and L'ville's returning elite will make this game a great watch. If only they would televise somewhere.
