Shagari Alleyne comes to mind, although to Hamga's respect, Beas is much much better. So we lost a big man and we lose Jai Lucas to rival Florida. Honestly, who didn't see that coming? Losing Lucas isn't that big of a shock, the reality was after Green signed an agent, Florida was a lock for Lucas, easier said in hindsight, but wasn't that honestly the reality? The concern is more so that Hamga picked UNLV. It was a shocker. I didn't see a Hamga decision coming so soon. Now Gillispie has to honestly do what he can to land Patrick Patterson. For a good UK 07-08 season, Patterson fits well, Patterson is a must. If Kentucky doesn't land Patterson, it will be a disappointment, however I'll give Gillispie the benefit of getting into the Kentucky recruiting game late, but geesh, at least landing Patterson wouldn't put such a damper on the hopes of landing a much needed talented forward.

So the focus is now on Patterson. Let's hope Patterson doesn't have a public website huh? If fans are to take responsibility in recruiting, then student athletes should also be aware of the potential violations and not have a publicly available website of any kind which fans are able to post comments to (Yes that's in reference to the whole Hamga drama which is maybe why he didn't pick Kentucky, matter of fact, my gut tells that IS why he didn't pick Kentucky). Just my opinion yo.
